We encourage you – whether you decide simply to use our search platform to find a hotel or travel accommodations (referred to generally herein as “hotels”), to book a hotel through us, or to engage our additional planning services – to familiarize yourself with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms are non-negotiable and govern the use of all Services provided by Mango Tree Travel, LLC (“Mango Tree Travel” or “we/ours/us”). The “Services” include, without limitation
- the Website, meaning www.mangotreetravel.com, including the mobile version of the Website;
- hotel booking services;
- travel planning services.
By visiting the Website, or by engaging Mango Tree Travel to provide any other Service, you are considered a “user” of Mango Tree Travel’s services and you agree to by bound by and comply with these Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice. You should periodically visit this page to review the Terms. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by any changes.
Scope of Services
Mango Tree Travel helps families find hotel accommodations and offers family travel tips and advice. Mango Tree Travel is not to be considered a travel agency and it does not provide or own travel services or accommodations.
The Website
The Website provides an online platform for family travelers to search for hotel accommodations. Our search filters and hotel recommendations help Website users find ideal accommodations. In furtherance of that purpose, the Website includes data, photographs, and detailed descriptions of hotel accommodations, destinations, restaurants, and other activities, including the subjective impressions and opinions of Mango Tree Travel.
We strive to make our hotel profiles as accurate as possible, but reviewers may miss a detail or misjudge certain features about a recommended destination, hotel, restaurant, or other travel service. Mango Tree Travel shall not be held liable for errors, loss, injury or inconvenience resulting from the information on the Website. No warranties, express or implied, are given that the information on this Website is free of errors.
Mango Tree Travel does not own or manage the hotels recommended on the Website. Information regarding rooms, facilities, and services offered by hotels has been gathered from the hotels recommended on the Website, from Mango Tree Travel’s visits to those hotels, and from Mango Tree Travel’s research. Mango Tree Travel does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, of any kind with respect thereto. Mango Tree Travel shall not be liable for any discrepancy in the rooms, facilities, or services available at a recommended hotel from those described on the Website.
Hotel prices listed on the Website are indicative only; actual prices must be obtained from the hotels directly.
Linking Policies
Links provided from the Website to third-parties are done so in good faith to provide valuable information to users. Mango Tree Travel is not responsible for any content on linked websites, or links contained in them. The inclusion of a link is not an endorsement by Mango Tree Travel.
Mango Tree Travel welcomes links to the Website, but all such links are subject to these Terms. Links shall not be misleading. You must not use the Mango Tree Travel logo or other branding material (whether to link to the Website or otherwise) without Mango Tree Travel’s permission. You must not frame the content of the Website or use any similar technology. You agree that you will delete a link to the Website that is within your control upon Mango Tree Travel’s request.
Your Use of the Website
The copyright in the Website and all the material on the website (including without limitation the text, computer code, artwork, photographs, images, music, audio and visual material) is owned by Mango Tree Travel or its licensors. Mango Tree Travel grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free revocable licenses to:
- view the Website and the material on the Website on a computer or mobile device;
- save or print information from the Website for your own personal and non-commercial use.
Mango Tree Travel does not grant you any other rights in relation to the Website or the material on the website. In other words, all other rights are reserved.
The information on the Website is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to:
- use, copy, scrape, display, reproduce, download, or deep-link any content on the Website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose;

- upload any content that may create liability for Mango Tree Travel or cause damage to its business operations or to any of the hotels recommended on the Website;
Hotel Booking Services
If you would like to book a hotel through Mango Tree Travel, you should do so by completing the online inquiry form available on the Website. Mango Tree Travel will then check rates and availability with the hotel. If the desired location and dates are available, you will be informed via email or phone, and will be asked to confirm you would like to proceed with your reservation. All final reservation requests must be made in writing.
Once your hotel booking is confirmed and finalized, your contractual relationship will be between you and the hotel. Mango Tree Travel will be available to assist with questions and requests about your hotel booking, but the details and payment of the hotel accommodations shall be between you and the hotel. You shall be bound by all applicable hotel policies, including cancellation and COVID-19 policies.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all hotel bookings.
Hotels may pay a commission on bookings made by Mango Tree Travel. This does impact your rates. Mango Tree Travel does not add any fees or commissions to the rates offered by hotels.
Travel Planning Services
Mango Tree Travel offers Travel Planning Services, consisting of personally tailored advice and recommendations for the best family-friendly restaurants, activities, and other travel services in your chosen destination. If you engage our Travel Planning Services, you will receive a proposed itinerary for your trip (“Itinerary”).
Your Itinerary will include subjective recommendations and opinions. We strive to make our Itineraries as accurate as possible, but Mango Tree Travel does not guarantee the accuracy of the details in your Itinerary. Mango Tree Travel shall not be held liable for errors, loss, injury or inconvenience resulting from the information in your Itinerary. There shall be no warranties, express or implied, that the information in your Itinerary is free of errors.
Unless expressly stated in your Itinerary, your Itinerary shall not be a guarantee that the proposed activities shall be available on the recommended dates, or that they will be exactly as described. Mango Tree Travel does not own or manage any restaurants or travel services recommended in your Itinerary. Mango Tree Travel does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, of any kind with respect thereto.
Mango Tree Travel charges consulting fees for the time spent planning your Itinerary. You agree that these fees are non-refundable even if your trip is not booked or is cancelled.
Our Suppliers
You understand that Mango Tree Travel acts as an intermediary between you and any hotel, car rental company, tour operator, restaurant, or other service providers recommended on our Website or in your Itinerary (“Suppliers”). Mango Tree Travel does not provide any travel services in your destination.
Mango Tree Travel and its employees shall not be responsible for any facts or omissions of any Supplier or for any Supplier’s failure to provide services or to comply with applicable laws. Mango Tree Travel shall have no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss or inconvenience due to the acts or omissions of Suppliers, the failure of any equipment operated by Suppliers, or the conduct of any other party.
Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions. If a Supplier does not provide the service you booked and refuses to provide a refund, your only recourse will be against the Supplier. You acknowledge that Mango Tree Travel cannot control the policies of any Supplier.
Privacy Policy
Collection of personal information
To better provide you with products and services offered, Mango Tree Travel may collect personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, date of birth, credit card information, traveling companions’ information (names, ages, birth date, nationality), passport details, travel preferences, and medical conditions bearing on travel.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.
Use of personal information
Mango Tree Travel collects and uses your personal information to:
- operate and deliver the services you request;
- comply with applicable legal requirements;
- monitor and improve our website, and gather demographic information about our users;
- inform you of other products or services available from Mango Tree Travel
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Mango Tree Travel. Mango Tree Travel does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

When you make a hotel booking through Mango Tree Travel, for example, appropriate personal data will be passed on to your hotels (including credit card information with your authorization), together with any other third parties who need information to plan or book your chosen trip. The information may also be provided to government/public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
Mango Tree Travel also may share data with our trusted partners who provide services on our behalf, such as statistical analyses, mailings, or customer support. We will only provide third parties with the personal data they required to deliver their services. Each third-party service provider’s use of your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policies.
Mango Tree Travel may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws.
Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records; and
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
We may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if maintaining that information is necessary to complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, or to perform services requested by you.
Minor Information
The website does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mango Tree Travel in relation to your use of the Services and supersede all previous agreements.
Mediavine Programmatic Advertising (Ver 1.1)
The Website works with Mediavine to manage third-party interest-based advertising appearing on the Website. Mediavine serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use first and third-party cookies.
