We’ve been specializing in Caribbean family travel since 2021, building a deep knowledge of the islands and what makes each one special for families. With personal experience on 25 islands (and counting!), we’ve hunted for boutique and luxury properties that work well with kids and have a real sense of place.
After we chat about your family and trip goals, you’ll receive a proposal featuring 2-4 Caribbean islands and handpicked hotels and villas that fit your family’s style. We don’t do generic all-inclusives here. The Caribbean offers so much more.
We book your accomodations, recommend the best activities and dining for families, and connect you with your hotel concierge for reservations. Optional Mango Tree concierge services available.

You’ll alsp receive a Family Dining Guide and a connection to the hotel concierge for dining and spa reseravations. Before you leave, your entire itinerary will be in one easy-to-access mobile app. Our in-country partners provide on-the-ground support for total peace of mind. Outsourcing for moms at its finest.

We help you pick the right destinations, map out the flow of your trip, and book standout family hotels to be the centerpiece of your stay. Once booked, we provide personalized activity and dining guides to save you hours of research; connect you with your top notch hotel concierge teams; and set you up to confidently plan the rest of your vacation with flexibility and independence.

Yes please! That’s our favorite part. Whether it’s choosing the right Caribbean island or picking the best region of France for your family, we excel at helping you fine tune your trip plan right from the beginning. The sooner you get us involved, the better.
We work with a wide range of price points at Mango Tree; overall trip costs will depend a lot on your chosen destination and hotel room categories. We encourage parents to invest in the portions of the trip that will lead to the most meaningful and stress-free experience, which also varies for every traveler.
Our speciality is helping parents find special boutique hotels with a sense of place, which range from small family owned places to immersive luxury hotels, and those do come with an investment. These types of hotels (almost) never cost less than $750 per night for rooms that can accomodate families, especially prime travel family weeks. Rates go up from there, with transfers and tours at an additional cost.

For Caribbean trips and “Just the Core” planning, you’ll have flexibility over all trip costs since we book only your hotels — booking through us is just like booking direct but with an added layer of support. Cancellation and payment policies vary just as they do when you book your hotels yourself.
For Full Custom Trip proposals (The Whole Mango!) you will receive a single price for all hotel, transportation, and touring components. Our on-the-ground partners have exclusive arrangements that allow them to bundle services in this way to get you the best value, but that means we can’t always see individual breakdowns. Our partners require a deposit to secure the trip, with the balance due 30-90 days before departures.
Yes! The type of support depends on the type of trip. Mango Tree is a small business not set up to offer 24/7 support directly but our partners absolutely are.
When you go with Full Custom Trip Planning for Central America and Europe, you don’t just get an itinerary, you get access to our trusted in-country partners—and they’ll be in the same time zone! Whether it’s last-minute changes or unexpected issues, they’re there to make sure your family trip runs smoothly.
For Caribbean trips and “Just the Core” planning, your hotel concierge teams will be your in-country contacts, though we of course can be part of your support team if emergencies arise.
Yes. Regardless of the trip planning service you choose, we find it’s easiest for families to secure dining reservations, spa appointments, and on-your-own sightseeing activities directly online or through the hotel concierge teams. This maximizes flexibility, and reduces the need for millions of emails authorizing us to book one-off items (we all hate those “you have 3 minutes to send me the code your bank just sent you” messages, am I right?). If the thought of makig a single reservation makes you cringe, we can handle concierge services for an additional daily fee.
