Why we like it for families

  • The Staff: From the moment you step onto the property, the staff makes it clear you’re somewhere special. The warm and welcoming concierge team is polished, organized and efficient – ready to help you with anything and everything from excursions to drivers to special requests. Housekeeping keeps your villa spotless with daily cleaning and turndown service. The extra effort really makes a difference, taking a trip with kids from good to absolutely incredible.
  • The Villas: The luxury villas at Paradise Beach Nevis are made for families who want space and comfort. Each villa comes with stunning views and plenty of privacy. The full gourmet kitchens are a big bonus – fully stocked and ready for you to cook up a quick snack, full family meal, or have an in-villa chef do it for you. The option for a pre-arrival grocery service means you’ll be set the moment you arrive. Spacious, immaculate, and beautifully furnished, these villas feel more like a gorgeous beachfront home than a hotel—but with the amenities that you don’t get at home.
  • The Location: Paradise Beach has the perfect location, right down the beach from the Four Seasons. You’re tucked away in a peaceful spot with easy access to all the island’s best bits. A short walk down the beach or easily-arranged quick taxi ride gets you to some of Nevis’s best restaurants, like the famous Sunshines. It’s also easy to visit St. Kitts via a water taxi.
  • The Beach: The beach here makes this hotel 110% worth the visit. It’s pristine and uncrowded – great for kids to explore at their pace. There’s a soft, sandy bottom and the water is clear. There are kayaks and paddleboards so the whole family can enjoy the calm waters, before popping on over to the beach bar for some tasty food and drinks.
  • The Pools: There’s no central pool at this resort because each villa has its own private plunge pool – perfect for a cooling dip after a day of exploring Nevis with kids. The outdoor spaces are designed for family time: lounge chairs to relax, tables for outdoor dining and even outdoor showers with luxe toiletries.

Location and Activities

Most travelers who visit Paradise Beach in Nevis will fly into Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport (SKB), on Saint Kitts. Nevis does have its own airport, but there are no direct flights from the U.S. Paradise Beach can arrange a seamless transfer from Saint Kitts, though – a quick drive to the marina, a scenic 10-minute water taxi to Nevis, and a short ride to your villa (via an awaiting driver). Estimate about 45 minutes from the airport to paradise.

Once you arrive, Paradise Beach Nevis has the best of both worlds: a secluded beachfront retreat with easy access to the island’s top spots. A short drive takes you to charming Charlestown, historic plantations, and scenic hiking trails. No need to rent a car – the resort happily arranges drivers for all your island adventures.

  • Nevis is sometimes described as the Caribbean’s one-horse town, with no stoplights on the island, and an age-old charm that forces you to slow down (in a good way). Yet it has real personality. The volcanic center defines the island, as you can see Mt Nevis from just about everything else on the island. And you’ve reached the birthplace of Alexander Hamilton, with colonial history at your fingertips in the museums and stonework seen throughout the island.
  • Paradise Beach is the top luxury boutique hotel on Nevis. You’ll find a small collection of 13 private, thatched-roof villas and beach homes, tucked into beautifully landscaped gardens. The three- and four-bedroom villas come with a full kitchen, a spacious living area, and an outdoor deck with private plunge pool.
  • The atmosphere is intimate and exclusive, yet relaxed, with attentive staff a defining feature. This is really barefoot luxury at its finest, with natural wood, airy white linens, and island-inspired touches.
  • For dining, the Beach Bar at Paradise Beach Nevis offers a great selection of food and drinks. Start your day with beachfront breakfast featuring tropical smoothies, fresh fruit, pancakes, and the must-try smoked wahoo scrambled eggs. For lunch, enjoy fresh, local fare at the bar, by the ocean, or delivered to your villa’s private pool. On select evenings, the Beach Bar serves dinner, featuring local seafood with Caribbean and European flavors.
  • In the evenings, the best option is to let a private chef prepare a delicious meal using fresh, local produce right in your villa. Plus, Nevis has a fantastic food scene for a small island, so be sure to ask the concierge to help you book reservations at some of the island’s best restaurants.
  • Paradise Beach Nevis doesn’t have a formal kids’ club or a set activity menu, but the concierge team goes above and beyond to plan family-friendly experiences. From horseback riding along the beach to thrilling yacht excursions, ziplining through the rainforest, or even watching a local cricket match, they know all the best activities to keep kids (and parents) entertained.
  • For some downtime, babysitting services are available, giving parents the chance to enjoy an in-villa spa treatment or meal in town.
  • While there isn’t a spa on-site at Paradise Beach, you can enjoy a spa treatment right in your villa.
  • If your ideal vacation means staying active, the fitness center at Paradise Beach has all the essentials, including Peloton bikes.

Spectacular views and service If you are looking for luxury, service, privacy and views; then this is the resort for you! As soon as the driver pulled up to drop us off at Paradise Beach Resort, we knew we were in for a treat. The concierge team greeted us as we exited the car and their service and attentiveness was spot on throughout our stay. If you are looking for luxury, service, privacy, and views; then this is the resort for you! I know we will be back.

Paradise Indeed Best beach and hotel in Nevis! The beach alone is worth staying here (much better than four seasons) but the resort makes it even better. The staff and accommodations make it the perfect place to stay. The food in the restaurant was the best we had on the island as well and the rum punch is out of this world! Will 100% return.
